Our in-house design team use the latest in 3D modelling software, enabling them to develop innovative packaging solutions.
The team can produce designs in differing formats depending on the customer's requirements. These include 2D technical drawings used for heat sealing profiles and automated packing lines, as well as 3D photo realistic graphic images fully rendered with product. Working closely with local toolmakers enables us to offer a fast turnaround on prototyping and tooling.
Plastics by Design currently supply into a variety of market sectors with differing packaging formats. Working closely with our customers and their machinery suppliers we can develop cost effective bespoke solutions for non-food and food requirements.
